Grief & Resilience, Meeting July 13

Grief changes your life. It turns everything upside down, brings back memories, and sometimes leaves you wondering who you are now and how you can move forward. In that journey, it can help to come together with people who understand how loss affects you.

During Grief & Resilience We create a safe space where there is room for stories, silence, emotions, and a sense of connection. A place where nothing is required and everything is welcome.

The Story

On this evening, [name] will share Marianne her personal experience with grief. Based on the Five Stages of Grief She describes what her journey was like, which moments were difficult, and where she found strength. Her openness offers a sense of recognition, comfort, and an invitation to share your own story—or simply to listen.

What can you expect?

  • A warm, respectful atmosphere
  • A space for everyone's story, without judgment
  • Information about grief and its impact on daily life
  • Recognizing oneself in the experiences of others
  • Music, poems, and words that can offer support
